"Well came in today and when I was ordering, the lady that was helping me turned around and started talking to her coworkers while I was telling her what I wanted. So I stood there for about 15 seconds for her to stop talking, and she didn't even apologize when she got back with me. That was really rude, I don't think I will be back here anymore."

"My favorite donut shop! The little lady at the window is SO SWEET!! My son and I are regulars because of her and my husband was a regular before us. She always remembers my son's order and she knew his dad had passed without ever asking. She always asks how we're doing with an honestly concerned look in her eye and makes sure she includes my son in the conversation. I adore her and if she ever leaves there I probably will too."
